In its capacity as an information services provider and as a research firm, INTAGE (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recognizes that fulfilling both the expectations of individuals who provide personal information (hereinafter referred to as “individuals”) and the expectations of its clients is essential to ensuring the permanence of its business.

With regard to the handling of personal information (including individual numbers and specific personal information), INTAGE (Thailand) Co., Ltd. abides by laws and regulations on the protection of personal information, such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562), as well as relevant guidelines and the Marketing Research Code set forth by the Thailand Marketing Research Society (TMRS), of which INTAGE (Thailand) Co., Ltd.is a member. INTAGE (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has built a Personal Information Protection Management System for protecting the privacy of individuals and preserving the confidential information of clients, and thoroughly instils the handling and management of personal information in all people engaged in the affairs of INTAGE Thailand.

เกี่ยวกับการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (รวมถึงเลขหมายบุคคล และข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเฉพาะ) บริษัท อินเทจ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย และระเบียบข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ภายใต้ พระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ.2562 ตลอดจนแนวทางที่เกี่ยวข้อง และระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยการตลาดที่กำหนดโดยสมาคมวิจัยการตลาดแห่งประเทศไทย (TMRS) ซึ่งบริษัท อินเทจ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เป็นหนึ่งในผู้ร่วมก่อตั้ง และเป็นสมาชิกถาวร

บริษัท อินเทจ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ได้สร้างระบบการจัดการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อปกป้องความเป็นส่วนตัวของบุคคล และรักษาข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับของลูกค้า และปลูกฝังการจัดการและการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้กับบุคคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจการของ อินเทจ ประเทศไทย อย่างเคร่งครัด
