BrandSense is an O2O brand health analysis tool. It begins by gathering social voice data from Wisesight
which is then followed up with mobile panel interviews conducted by INTAGE, sampling 3,000 respondents
across Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z. The goal: to compare perceptions across generations.
Using the BrandSense VOC Matrix, we can distinguish between “noise” and meaningful “voice” that
actually impacts Brand Affinity. This data is further visualized through the Correspondence Map
to identify each brand’s POP (Points of Parity) and POD (Points of Difference) that resonate with consumers.
In this analysis, Thailand Post clearly stands out for its accessibility and trustworthiness,
while most other brands cluster around promotions—which have become mere POPs in today’s market.
